How to make lipstick

Making your lip stick is easy! You can customise it to give it your favourite scent or colour, and you can even add in glitter to help it sparkle. The options for customisation are limitless!

Ingredients

A 44.00 Castor oil
A 10.00 Almond oil
A 10.00 Blackcurrant oil
A 5.00 Camelia oil
A 5.00 Grapeseed oil
A 10.00 Candelilla wax
A 10.00 Carnauba wax

C 5.00 Mica red
C 1.00 Tocopherol - d-alpha 50%

Method
1. Combine ingredients in phase A and heat to 75⁰C. Stir to combine.

2. Allow to cool slightly (approx 70⁰C) and add phase C. Stir through until homogenous.

3. Pour off while still molten. Allow to cool - during the setting phase product may cavitate and need a small top up. Allow to set completely before removing from molds.
